Event Organizer:
This event is organized by It's Tuesday Ltd.
Binding Terms and Conditions:
Tickets to the event are sold or granted admission on the express condition that you are bound by these Event Terms and Conditions (Event T+Cs) and any other rules and regulations issued by the promoter. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by the Event T+Cs.
Compliance and Direction:
You must follow the reasonable directions of event staff and comply with the law at all times during the event.
Age Verification:
This event is strictly for attendees aged 18 and above. Valid photo ID showing proof of age is required for entry to the event site. Persons under the age of 18 will be denied entry. The promoter reserves the right to evict any underage person or anyone unable to provide valid proof of age.
Event Tickets:
Entry to the event site will be granted upon presentation of:
A valid bar-coded ticket; or
A valid bar-coded print-at-home PDF ticket; or
A valid bar-coded Passbook ticket (electronic ticket on mobile device),
issued by an Authorized Ticketing Agency. Tickets must be exchanged for a wristband upon entry. Your event wristband must be worn at all times during the event. Failure to do so may result in eviction from the event site without refund.
Lost Tickets or Wristbands:
Lost, destroyed, or stolen event tickets will not be replaced unless proof of purchase is presented.
Ticket Restrictions:
You agree not to resell event tickets contrary to applicable laws. Event tickets may not be resold at a premium, used for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes without prior written consent from the promoter. Breach of these conditions may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
Ticket Purchase Limits:
The promoter reserves the right to enforce published ticket purchase limits. Tickets obtained above said limits may be canceled without notice.
Search on Entry:
Entry to the event site requires a search of you and/or your possessions. Refusal to consent to such searches may result in denial of entry without refund. Prohibited items will be confiscated.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking may be prohibited in certain areas of the event site as per venue policy. Attendees must comply with such policies.
Photography and Recording:
Personal digital cameras are permitted, but professional photography equipment (e.g., telephoto lenses, detachable lenses) requires promoter-issued media accreditation. Recording or filming the event is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
Recording and Photography by Promoter:
By attending the event, you consent to be included in official photography, film, and sound recordings of the event. These recordings may be used by the promoter and/or authorized representatives without further authorization or compensation.
Capacity Restrictions:
Certain areas of the event venue may have restricted capacities. Admission is not guaranteed once maximum capacity is reached.
No Animals:
Animals, except for service animals (e.g., guide dogs), are not permitted at the event site.
No Passouts:
Passouts may not be issued unless otherwise stated.
Behavioral Expectations:
Attendees must conduct themselves in an orderly manner. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or evict individuals behaving inappropriately.
Alcohol Policy:
The event is fully licensed. Outside alcohol is prohibited and will be confiscated. Only alcohol purchased from event bars may be consumed on-site. Valid photo ID showing proof of age is required for alcohol purchase and consumption. Supplying alcohol to minors is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction and police referral.
Please note that responsible service of alcohol rules apply at all times. Our vendors reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or underage. We want everyone to have a great time while staying safe and respectful!
Food and Beverage:
No outside food or drink is permitted on the event site. Sealed plastic water bottles are not allowed. Unsealed empty plastic water bottles are permitted.
Drug Policy:
Possession, consumption, or distribution of illicit drugs is prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the event site and police referral.
Signage Restrictions:
Displaying trading signs on the event site requires prior written consent from the promoter.
Personal Information:
By booking tickets, the promoter may collect and retain personal information including name, address, payment details, and contact information. Personal information may be disclosed to third parties for promotional purposes unless you opt out at the time of ticket purchase.
Promoter's Liability:
The promoter will provide services with due care and skill as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Except for such statutory liability, the promoter and the event venue owner/lessee are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss suffered by attendees, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Indemnity and Release:
You agree to indemnify the promoter and event venue owner/lessee against any loss or damage arising from your negligence or breach of these Event T+Cs. To the full extent permitted by law, you release the promoter and event venue owner/lessee from liability for any loss, damage, injury, or economic loss incurred during your attendance at the event.
Risk Acknowledgment:
Entry to the event site is at your own risk. Attendees are advised to wear appropriate footwear and clothing. The promoter is not liable for hearing damage, injury, or loss resulting from failure to follow promoter directives.
Enforceability:
If any provision of these Event T+Cs becomes unenforceable, it will not invalidate other provisions.
Ticket Name Change Policy:
For some events, ticket transfer or renaming may be facilitated for a fee. Once transferred, the original ticket holder forfeits all rights to the ticket.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
The event will proceed rain, hail, or shine. Tickets are non-refundable except as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. No refunds will be issued for changes in the event lineup, program, date, or venue unless required by law.

Please respect the environment and community by disposing of litter properly and conserving resources.
